In my years of studying success, and making my way through this life; I have come to understand a very important truth. Money is not the key to happiness and success, it can certainly help, but it is not the key.
If you doubt what I'm saying, think about people like John Balushi and Elvis Presley. They seemed to have had everything, yet both died very weathly, very unhappy and definately before their time.
You see success is not about what you possess, it is a state of mind, it is experienced in the way you live your life and touch the lives of others.
It's really sad to look around and see so many people whose main desire is making money; all the time neglecting family, friends and even themselves. And I wonder how many of these people, as they come to the end of their lives, will wish they had spent more time making money?
I have never had massive amounts of money myself, but I have almost always been very happy. A big part of my happiness comes from my relationships with others, and always striving to better myself as a person. So, it has become my passion, as I continue on my success journey, to share what I have learned with as many people as I possible.
